Dr. Scott Stagg is a professor of biological sciences and the Director of SECM4 at FSU. His research uses cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) to uncover mechanisms of cellular molecular machines. He co-created CryoSift, a deep learning tool that automates cryo-EM data classification, bridging experimental biology with advanced computation.
