Dr. Pengfei Zhao is an assistant professor in the School of Communication at Florida State University. Her research focuses on the psychological and socio-technical processes and effects of emerging communication technology, such as social media and artificial intelligence (AI). She is currently working on leveraging AI to promote moral and prosocial behaviors.
