Dr. Tingyu Zhou is the Dean & Kathy Gatzlaff Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate & Legal Studies at Florida State University’s College of Business. Zhou’s research interests include real estate economics and finance, including the impact of AI (including generative AI) on real estate markets.
